At the edge of your product working from right to left:

1. Make 15 chains
2. Sl st (slip stitch) the long chain into the first stitch at base of the 15 chains.
3. *Hook into next stitch and chain 15
5. Sl st long chain back into stitch at base of 15 chains.*
Repeat from * to * to end of row
